"My cat, Malcom, passed away a month ago today… just one day after his 21st birthday. It was really tough… but Theresa went well out of her way to lend an ear on the cold snowy day that I brought him to the Linn County Pet Crematorium. She is as compassionate as any funeral director I have ever met. I would use her services again, without hesitation!"
