"Called on a Sunday afternoon. Looking back I’m surprised she could even understand what I was saying I was so upset. Very nice lady, came right out to our farm house picked her up and brought her back. The urn that my Lab was put in was a beautiful wood box. Also love the paw print option. We will be back again! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!!!! Would give way more than 5 stars if they had it."

"My husband and I lost our only girl cat AngelLee. My husband has Diabetes and she was like his nursemaid. She would snuggle with him in bed every time he didn't feel well! She was very loyal to us! Theresa was so kind to us and helped us during this difficult process. She treated AngelLee with respect and it showed when we would speak with her about our cat because she always called her by her name and she said I'm bringing your kitty back! She did a very good job with her and we appreciate her kind and generous heart!!"
