"Theresa was the angel I needed that day! My Penny passed away in the night unexpectedly, and when I called Linn County Pet Crematorium, Theresa answered and met me that morning to take care of her. She was so compassionate and empathetic! She consoled me and reassured me that my Penny would be taken care of with gentle, loving hands. Theresa returned her to me in a most precious box with a beautiful footprint of her tiny paw. She is amazing and truly does God’s work for pet parents!"

"Terese is very sweet,kind and loving person.....my dog (sassy) had passed away on march 31st 2021 and we had called Terese the following morning to set up a time and that to meet up with her so we could have our dog creamated....and my dog passed away from cancer and it was exactly a week after we found out she had cancer that she had passed away....she was only three yrs old we will miss our fur baby alot....and thank u again Terese....."
