The initial phone call was like speaking with a friend, she was caring and reassuring. She came and picked up our pet rat, Moose, handled him with care. She gave us a realistic timeline and stuck to it. She was flexible and understanding and dropped him off as well. His paw prints in the clay mold she took are exquisite and the urn box he is in is absolutely beautiful. I am just so overwhelmed with gratitude for the work she does and the care she takes with even a pet rat. Theresa, sincerely, thank you. I will forever recommend you to others that are in need.

"A week ago we had to put my best friend down. She was with me through so much in life, and this is probably the worst pain I've ever felt. I didn't want to bury her, the thought of her in the cold ground made me sick. The day we took her to the vet, we called Teresa. She came out that afternoon and picked up my girl. She was so nice, told us to take as much time as we needed to say goodbye. After Teresa finished, she delivered my girl back to the house on Thanksgiving morning, taking time out of her own holiday.
